Mushroom season

It’s wild mushroom season, and all the little shops have them. You have to pick out the pine needles and stray leaves, as they were collected from off a forest floor somewhere. I like sautéing them in olive oil and putting a crispy fried egg on top. The yolk makes a nice sauce.
